I’m Ray Seaman. Licensed Florida REALTOR®, distressed land investor through All Acres Land Company, and a longtime member of the Tallahassee real estate investing community.
Through Seapratt Capital, LLC, I partner with investors, wholesalers, and operators on residential investment deals that need capital alongside experienced local knowledge.
